This Personal Business StartUp Mentoring programme begins with a personal one to one Discovery Call, usually done over the phone or by Zoom, to determine whether or not I can help you or if I should recommend someone else – Book a Discovery Call

The first step is to establish your BUSINESS VISION by completing the Business Vision Workbook leading to a series of individual personal on-line sessions spread over a period of your choice.; 3, 6, or 10 months according to your availability related to whatever you’re doing now.

The agenda for these sessions will include: Review of the Workbook, Market Analysis, Research and planning, Accounting include cash flow forecasting and the mechanism of creating and filing accounts with HMRC and Companies House. The mechanics of registering your business with Companies House, How your business operates including creating a Business Plan and Operating manual. Business Banking considerations, and any relevant Compliance requirements, sources of professional help and how to evaluate them and any other matters arising as we go through the programme.

In short everything you need to make sure you can operate your business efficiently and effectively.

The overall fee for the programme is £840 including the Business Vision Workbook
