Coaching is recommended as a supplement to he Forward to basics Course and is optional. You’ll see in your Workbook the points at which coaching is advised including before you complete the certification module.
You can book a coaching package of three sessions or just book when you feel you need a single session. When payment is received you’ll be contacted to arrange your session
