The Strangest Secret
The Original Recording from 70 years ago

Something different this week – I’m not writing anything because I have nothing to add.
This is the original recording by Earl Nightingale made 70 years ago in 1956 and presumably released as a 78rpm shellac ‘gramophone record’ as I don’t recall anything other then those as a source of music and audio. We’d not progressed to vinyl or cassette tapes by then.
Many of these ‘gramophones’ were mechanical, running on clockwork, but the ‘new fangled’ ‘electric gramophones’ were gaining in popularity.
I’m not going to explain or summarise – just listen. But if you DO want to discuss it further or need more clarity please book a call with me.
Here you’ll find ‘Side 1’ and ‘Side 2’ of the record with a short introduction before Side 1. Each side is around 20 minutes but very much well worth giving your undivided attention to ‘The Strangest Secret’.
Enjoy and take note.
