This open ended coaching introduces and develops the concept of life coaching and personal development, what it is, and what it isn’t and how you can use these techniques to develop your personal lifestyle through goal setting and other techniques.
This is a twelve month programme with monthly sessions of around an hour each. It can be structured for a shorter period if appropriate. The payment covers the first session and will be recur monthly
